Counseling Rates

Shelly Kessinger, LPC: $200/session, except for the first session which is $225.

Not accepting new clients at this time.

Kacey Petrash, LPC Associate, $125/session, except for the first session which is $140.

Virtual Class Rates

Healthy Communication Skills: $100/class

Taught by: Shelly Kessinger, LPC

This class covers all the basic healthy communication skills that are usually taught in the first counseling session. The class lasts about 1 hour and is intended to be viewed together with your partner.

Insurance

We do not file with insurance. We are considered out-of-network providers. 

If requested, we can provide you with a receipt of services (also known as a "Superbill"). You can file this receipt with your insurance for a possible reimbursement. Reimbursement rates depend on your insurance plan.

We do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for payment.

Payment

We accept Venmo, Zelle, credit cards, cash, FSA cards, and HSA cards. 

Payment is due at the end of the session. Receipts will be sent after each payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellations fees. See intake paperwork for cancellation fees.

Office Hours

No walk-ins. All appointments need to be scheduled in advance.

Monday - Friday: 9am to 7pm

Saturday: 10am to 3pm

Communication outside of business hours will be answered within 24-48 hours.
