Counseling Rates
Shelly Kessinger, LPC: $200/session, except for the first session which is $300.
First session is 75 minutes, all follow up sessions are 60 minutes.
Accepting new clients with immediate availability.
Kacey Petrash, LPC: $150/session, except for the first session which is $175.
Accepting new clients with immediate availability.
Insurance
We do not file with insurance. We are considered out-of-network providers.
If requested, we can provide you with a receipt of services (also known as a "Superbill"). You can file this receipt with your insurance for a possible reimbursement. Reimbursement rates depend on your insurance plan.
We do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for payment.
Payment
We accept Venmo, Zelle, credit cards, FSA cards, and HSA cards.
All new clients will be required to pay the full session fee at the time of the appointment, prior to the start of the session. Services cannot be provided without payment.
Receipts will be sent after each payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellations fees. See intake paperwork for cancellation fees.
Office Hours
No walk-ins. All appointments need to be scheduled in advance.
Monday - Friday: 9am to 7pm
Saturday: Ask your individual therapist for their availability.
Each therapist has varying availability.
Communication outside of business hours will be answered within 24-48 hours.
